Guest guest
Cheryl, Wow, you must have had a real hum dinger of a workout! One time I had trouble blow drying my hair, but never the intensity of the workout that you had today! 'll be interested to hear how you feel tomorrow! Just think, this will make your free day all the sweeter. :-)

Guest guest
I know that feels great, but this brings up a question on the workouts. In the books, it says that you should build up to 10's and mentions nothing about making each set a 10. Personally, I'd love to make each set as close to a 10 as possible, but I've held back because of what the book says. Should I be making each set a 10 or is that overtraining? Anyone have any comments on this? Always looking for a good tweak Cash > WOW, all I can say is WOW!! > > What an awesome UPW this morning - totally hit 10s on each set!! Especially > the lower sets (8 & 6) my trainer had me working on resistance - especially > on the final 12 set - the last two reps were held for resistance. Totally > to the point of nauseousness!!! Guest guest
Cash, My 10s hit usually on the last two reps of sets 8 and 6, and definitely at the end of the final 12 where I slowed down on resistance. Make sense? Cheryl
Guest guest
Great ubw Cheryl! I had my ubw this morning too, and I can barely hold a telephone now! I love that feeling. Congrats! Guest guest
Only your last set of 12 reps should be a "10". The 8 and 6 reps sets should be near failure, at least that's my understanding.
