I was thinking the other day that the 7th and 8th weeks were fast upon me..... cmon FAT! Gooooooo rollin off! LOL Good go on your determination and discipline today Im proud of you! Doesnt it make you feel so much better when you realize that you finished your workout, and stuck with it?? That means alot to me! ~~ I can't wait to see my new body once I start losing fat for real. Am I correct in my understanding that one starts really losing fat in the 7th and 8th weeks? Anyone know? Thanks for the support! Guest guest
Woohoo !!! Congratulations on a great workout and for sticking it out through your cold!! You will notice a much bigger difference from now until the end of your 12 weeks. Stick to it and the fat will be melting away faster than you know it. You go girl! (and that goes for you too !!!) Guest guest
, Each body is different depending on gender, genetics, nutrition, intensity and where you were on day 1. You tend to lose fat throughout, but many have reported that it is physically more noticeable in the 6, 7 and 8 week time frame. On the other hand some have done best at week 12-15 or in the third round. >>>>I correct in my understanding that one starts really losing fat in the 7th and 8th weeks? Anyone know? Guest guest
It really varies from person to person . In a small article in Muscle & Fitness (May 2001) it says this interesting fact: "Time is not your enemy! On the first three days of a diet, 70% of weight loss is due to water weight; by day 24, 85% of what you lose is fat." ------------------------------------------------------------------- <I correct in my understanding that one starts really losing fat in the 7th and 8th weeks?
