Hi friends,

It's been quite a while since I've been part of the active discussion on this

list. I do check in often and you all seem to be having a good time. :-)

We're making about 8 gallons of kt a week for our family here in the summer and

it still disappears too fast. Now that Whole Foods Market stopped selling it we

have been sending out a lot of SCOBYs. We would eventually like to start making

it in larger quantities for those who don't want to go to the bother of making

it themselves.

I was looking back in the archived posts and realized that it has been over two

years since Zoe, Jeani, et al were asking me for our website for The Family Cow.

At the time we did not yet have a website and I promised you all that I'd let

you know when we did.

Well, I try to keep my promises and I know it's been a l o n g time, but we

finally launched our website and here it is: www.yourfamilycow.com. Thanks for

your patience.

Let me know what you think of it. We have many more things we'd like to add

sometime, but we're very busy right now just trying to keep up with the huge

demand for certified organic grass-fed raw milk, pastured chicken and eggs, and

many other truly whole foods. We will be providing the raw milk for the National

Weston A Price Conference in Nov.

May your SCOBYs grow big, your brews get fizzy, your bottles not explode and may

your life be full of health and happiness.

Take care, God bless,
