Guest guest Posted April 6, 2010 Report Share Posted April 6, 2010 Hi Everyone, I contemplated doing Day 3 of BIkini Bootcamp - which would have been FIRM Strength, but my family room is still in disarray and I couldn;t use the TV that is hooked up to the VCR. So, I figured it was "fate" telling me to stick with my original plan of doing the Bikini Bootcamp in a modified form as opposed to the 'original' form. If the family room isn't fixed by tomorrow, I decided I'm just going to pick another "tortoise" out of my DVD collection and do that instead of FIRM Strength. We'll see. Part of me would like to pull out one of my DVD FIRMS as it will likely be a virgin or a done-once-or-twice workout. But, I know FIRM Strength is an awesome workout so I kind of want to do it as well! Like I said, we'll see. So, this morning I went with 25 min on the bike, 25 min on the treadmill and 25 min (approx) of Classical Stretch - I did the hip flexibility episode from the 2007 TV series. Worked well!
