Guest guest
It was about four years when I started running. I loved it and my new self. I lost 30 lbs. and then I let me old self back in. My job came first and everything else did too. I told myself that I can get back on track but I haven't. I need help. I am listening to , bought a new pair of running shoes, joined a gym, and find myself still sitting down. I want to regain my power and lose the weight. I recently moved to zipcode 71913 and don't know any one in the area who may want to be a work out buddy. If you do, let me know.
Guest guest
There's a great podcast for running: http://www.ullreys.com/robert/Podcasts/ He's following the 'couch to 5k' running plan. It's music and he tells you when to speed up or take a break. Also some pep talk included. I just finished week 3 and it's going great. - a ________________________________ From: bhinkle_dr <bhinkle_dr@...> weightloss Sent: Saturday, August 29, 2009 4:17:28 PM Subject: Zipcode 71913 Work Out Buddy?
