Sounds to me like this needs to become a legislative issue...we need a state

legislator to write a bill that instructs TEA to begin adopting best

educational practices for all students in Texas. Also sounds like we need

someone who has the time and energy to begin researching how other states

whose state education agencies have adopted best practices for autism got

that to happen.

Just my .02 worth.
