Both I and my CVID'r have problems with frequent sinus infections. I picked up a

netipot and agreed to try it only if I did it first. ok, I can deal with

that or so I thought. I felt fine before I used the thing, I only used 1/2 the

salt packet seeing posts from people saying using the full packet at first can

sting and I swear I felt terrible after using it. Instant head cold feeling that

lasted over a week. Its happened both times I tried the neti pot. Am I doing

something wrong?
