Cyndi,

I understand the difficulty with getting that sixth meal in-but found a way

that makes it much easier for me. (I did not get this down pat until Week

9!). I've found that if I have 3 smaller, more frequent meals in the first

half of the day, then the second 3 are cake. (not literally!) I try to have

my first 3 at 8:30, 10:30, and 12:30ish-

then the second three are 3ish, 6ish, 9ish, and it becomes a routine.

If I don't get the first smaller ones in early, there's no way I can get the

sixth meal in later on.
