First, I listend to one episode at a time, thought about it and wrote wonderful coulered papers with my thoughts. But the names of the other episodes were interesting and I thought they might help, so I started to listen one episode a day, while doing something else, and also I do about one episode a week, listening while relaxing, listen again writing down the importent sentensces in a nice book and doing the homework. That works very well for me. I'm now listening to # 30, working on # 6, and I lost 7 pounds!!! Be blessed! > > I found this podcast thru a friend at MorningCoach.com. I see that there are 72 podcast with most of them a week apart. I need advice on the pace I need to take while listening to them. I see that some new people are rushing thru them, but that is not the way they were put out. Should I pace myself at 1 per week or does it not really matter.
