tuning in

so I think that this whole listening to your body thing is really interesting.

As I was, mindlessly, spooning jam into my mouth-which is a pretty typical thing

for me-I stopped and asked myself, if my body really wanted that. And I stopped

and realized-it didn't. So then I had to ask a different question-what did I

want instead. I realized, I wanted some tea and to relax. Perfect.

Good for you , Kathyrn. I mindlessly eat too. I have been practicing

Mindful eating, and really trying to pay attention to what I am putting

In my body.
