Guest guest
Your topic says it all - progress not perfection. I think so many of us try to achieve perfection - which is unattainable - and drive ourselves absolutely insane in the process. Doesn't matter how long it takes you to work through one episode. If it's working for you and feels right, then that's all that matters. I am learning to take things slowly. I am the kind of person that always feels like I have to rush around. One of my intentions is to be more calm and relaxed in my life, and that includes with weight loss. > > I´m making little progress on my eating habits, and on my eating thinking. Working on a episode each 10 days, I know it´s a lot of time just for one episode but that´s the progress I´m able to do right now, and I´m happy because I´m taking this journey calmly, or at least I try, because I always wanted to do everything the way I want to eat everything: compulsively. So I´m glad I´m not pushing myself but I´m not quitting either, I´m looking for progress and not for perfection. I want this time to be different, I want this time to be for real. > Thank you for sharing your experience and for the support we all get at this group. > LOLa >
