Guest guest Posted March 10, 2010 Report Share Posted March 10, 2010 Hi , I may just join you for bootcamp next week - my calf is totally better - and I think if I keep stretching and mobilizing it before, during, and after my workouts and throughout the day I should be good to go. I'll probably start Sunday since I want to finish up this week's workouts that I have planned. But, i am looking forward to getting back to my FIRMs they always gave me the best results.
