Brewing with Honey?

Have anybody been brewing KT with honey? Yes, yes, I know that honey contains

its own antibacterial properties that can affect the culture...but I am

wondering if any of you have used it in your brewing process. Processed cane

and beet sugar is historically much younger than KT...so KT's must have been

originally brewed with something other than sugar. So, if you've successfully

brewed with other than sugar, I would be interested in hearing your

experiences/results.
