towards motivation

I would like to share my towards motivation with you guys.

I wan´t to enjoy myself at every moment, feeling comfortable and feeling great

at my body. Loving to be into my body.

I wan´t to feel beautiful, taking care of looking great, being careful with my

image, looking always fabulous.

I wan´t to have more energy, to be enthusiastic. To be able to enjoy the

exercise that I like, to go for a run wearing a top and exercise pants and look

great on my skinny body.

I wan´t to feel great and happy with my body when I go to the beach, feeling

safe because I know I look great! I will love being with my friends on the

beach, I will be happy and active, swimming, playing volley or football, always

having so much fun, laughing so much!

I will just love the way I look, I will love my body just the way it is, I will

love been photographed because I will be beautiful in every picture.

I will enjoy my body in every way, even enjoy my sex life with this beautiful

and gorgeous body I have!

My clothes will lose it fit and my skinny clothes will fit perfectly, I will go

to a cocktail wearing my skinny shorts, looking great, being able to speak to

everybody, to laugh, to enjoy the company. People will love my company, I´ll be

totally sociable! and it will be so easy to be in a group, to be part of a

social group because people will love my company. I will enjoy social life so

much, because I will always feel great about myself, feel happy, and looking

fabulous!

At party I will dance and have fun all night long, I wouldn´t even be able to

realize I´m tired because I´m having so much fun!

When I eat I will fully enjoy food at every moment, I will eat slowly and really

experiencing the present moment, the flavors, the smell and the texture of every

bite.
