Guest guest
Welcome, Ady, Congrats on the decision to begin BFL! You will love it! Supplements are not a necessity. They will make your traveling easier but with a little planning you should be aok! Would love to hear about you incorporate protein into your diet being a vegetarian. I am reading the book, " Eat for your Blood Type " and being an A blood type they recommend that I should be a vegetarian and that doesn't seem like a bad thing to me at all. Welcome, Cristi c1w9d7
Guest guest
Welcome, Ady!! I'm new also - just completed week 1!!! I wanted to tell you in relation to your statement: << I just started the BFL program today and I feel so good already. I can't wait until it has become a normal part of my life. >> You know, once you do something for 3 weeks, it becomes habit! Well, I started preparing for BFL 3 week ago, and well, now it is habit - my husband is even beginning to understand it and it has become a normal part of my life. You become very conscious about what you eat and I have to tell you, I can't go a day without going to the gym. On my FREE DAY I go in and do very light cardio - leisurely as per the BFL hotline!! Best wishes to you on your challenge!! Cheryl

It won't be long before it will be a normal part of your life, just like brushing your teeth! Good luck with the program and keep up posted on your progress. I know they are going to be my two greatest challenges. I also didn't have the funds to get all the supplements straight away. I thought they would be expensive but I had no idea how expensive. I should scrape up enough to get them next week though. > > I'm glad to be a part of this group, all of you are a great inspiration. > > Ady Ady, Hey there mate, I'm from Melbourne, but know Adelaide a little. I used to live in Glenelg for a short while. Best of luck with the Challenge. Look forward to hearing of your progress! Guest guest
Welcome Ady! The usual issue for vegetarians is how to get enough protein. Do you eat eggs and dairy? Welcome to the group and congratulations on making a great choice. What are your goals? Kit

Guest guest
Hi Kit. Yes I do eat eggs and dairy. I'm on day 5 now and I have been having so much egg whites and cottage cheese. I'm starting to get into all the vegetarian meats now. They are quite good for protien. I think I might have to invest in some protien powder though. it's just real hard to get a high enough amount of protien in every meal. My goals are to get fit and feel good about myself. to not look in the mirror and feel sad. To be able to go for a swim at my local beach and not feel ashamed. I'm just not happy with the way i feel and look and that is what i have to change. thanks, Ady RE: Newbie! Welcome Ady! The usual issue for vegetarians is how to get enough protein. Guest guest
Hey there Krystle! I'm happy to hear that your going to give BFL another go at it, and also happy to hear of your past success. I just started BFL today and so far so good. I was going to go the gym, but then we got hit with some very bad storms this morning, however when I was outside with my puppies, they decided they wanted to run, so I did and feel really good. Yes we got soaked, but oh well. My eating is going good too! Hope to hear more from and your new success! Annie

Guest guest
Hiya , Welcome to this lovely place. I have made some wonderful friends here and we do have a bit of fun... nothing too serious goes on here, but help and friendly advise is always available when needed. Publishing hey! I know a few people in that industry... Mel > > Hello! > > My name is and I was banded last month. Guest guest
I listen to the podcasts on my iPhone also. I find listening to a podcast every night keeps me focused. Even if I have a less than stellar eating day, listening each night brings me back to the right place! Kathi On Fri, Jan 15, 2010 at 10:35 AM, <VBLOCK78@...> wrote: > > > Hello everyone! My name is .
