If you are like me you have done it all, when it comes to weight loss programs.

Although I am still processing the whole losing weight thing...again...I like to

think that each program has given me something which helps me. (instead of

thinking they were failures...although with WW, it is close! :) ) So, today,

when I was craving just 'something different' from the fruit, oatmeal, salad,

grilled meat etc that I have been eating, I came up with this treat. It starts

with a cracker from CRUNCHMASTER that I found at Safeway and Fresh Produce

(which is a Southwestern chain) They are multi-seed crackers which are

oven-baked and come in a pouch. At Safeway I found them down the row from the

wheat thins etc. In addition, I found a spray can version of COOLWHIP at Target.

Just that fact that it is aoreated makes it lighter then regular CW. I already

had no sugar added apricots preserves. So here is the treat...spray two T of the

cool whip into a little cup, take ten crackers (which are very light and kind of

taste like there is sesame in them) and dip them first in the preserves and then

in the cool whip and then voila'....little 'peach pies' with whipped cream. It

was so lite...and tasty...and healthy! And, like WW 'taught us' it appealed to

the desire for sweet, crunchy, and creamy. A triple hit!!! :D Just had to

share! :D
