I definitely see a difference in my behavior and im much more conscious about snacking, how full i am and what i am thinking when i am eating. I think i have lost a little bit of weight but I know that I do well when I have support of other people. I am also great at keeping people on track, inspired or simply listening. So if anyone would like to team up....im up for it. I guess that we could send each other emails and our progress and talk about what we are learning from Renae. Look forward to hearing from you.
