I got to about 37 and relized I was missing something so, I went back and listened to the podcast about how naturally slender people act. It hit me so I have been living like a naturally slender person for two days now and I feel great, supprisingly I have lost two pounds already and am more intune with my self. This isn't the best part however. I have had a real change in how I look at the world and myslef. I actually like myself again, this was a big step for me. I have had such a strugle with just likeing myself since I was a child. I know now that I love myself and to do that makes everyone around me feel more of my love.
