Guest guest Posted July 4, 2010 Report Share Posted July 4, 2010 Today I pulled another virgin workout from my pile. This one is called Tamilee Lose Fat Fast. It comes with a workout DVD, a self hypnosis CD and a free workout band (looks like a large rubber band). The workout is a 30 minute cardio workout, followed by an advanced ab workout and a stretch. The cardio portion started out okay, but then she started doing some mambo, cha cha stuff and I really don't like that kind of stuff so I just jogged in place during those portions. She did use the band during the workout which I liked, but the intervals with the band were so short that by the time I got situated right, she was already done, I wish it had more toning sections thruout the workout and for a longer period. The ab workout was too hard for me so I didn't finish it all. That is an area that I desperately need to work on and also one that I really hate to work on. The stretching section was just the usual. The DVD has the hypnosis relaxation portion on there also, I am guessing it is the same as the CD but I haven't actually listened to the CD yet. I am just not in to that kind of stuff, maybe someday I will be, I am trying to learn to be more open minded. Have a safe and happy holiday everyone. in CA The New Busy think 9 to 5 is a cute idea.
