Guest guest Posted May 26, 2010 Report Share Posted May 26, 2010 Hi Everyone, Today was PowerFIT Plus - Total Express (?) - anyway, 20 mintues of strength training w/ the band. I doubled up using the light (pink) and heavy (green) band for some of the exericise - for others, I just used green. The only thing I had difficulty with was the lunge -delt raise/frontal raise combo. I should have used my longer blue band here! I wore my weighted belt and weighted gloves throughout. After that one, I hopped on the TM and did a 2 mile power walk - still wearing gloves and belt. I finished 2 miles just under 26 minutes. Finished up with PowerFIT Harmony Core Express - a good blend of exercises in this one!! Oh well - off to start the day!Donna Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
