Guest guest
It's really tricky , I don't know what they white bits are except to say that they are better out than in! The first time I did a clearout told me to wait until I saw 'old poo' coming out. She said I might see black poo or slimey black poo. However I never saw anything like that and it took me ages to work out how to judge it. If you are seeing different poo I think that's good and suggests to me (but not qualified to say this) that there is more to come. Sorry not to be more helpful. Guest guest
Hi all, I will definitely try the Oxypowder. I have some, but have yet to use it on my son. Can I ask how much I should use to start with. The instructions say 4 capsules before going to bed, but I imagine this is an adult dose. Any recommendations for a three year old? Also, he certainly wont have it in a capsule form and in pure water as he will taste the powder. Is it ok to mix it in his bedtime milk?
