Guest guest Posted February 23, 2010 Report Share Posted February 23, 2010 Hi Everyone, I did PowerFit w/ this morning - chest, triceps and butt - it was a good workout - I think I may actually be feeling something from these band routines! I modified up on the 2 sets of push-ups in this workout (did them on toes instead of knees). Some of the floorwork with the band was pretty challenging for lower body. I find tricep kickbacks with the band to be a bit awkward and the chest presses/flies - I feel like I would get more out of them with weights. But, still - this is a good mini workout and really would make a good travel system. This summer if we take any long trips I will definately bring this set and my Classical Stretch with me to do in the hotel room! After PF, I spent 30 min on the bike - went at a good pace and felt good. Then, I did a Classical Stretch episode from the 2007 TV series. So - all in all - not a bad day!
