APS Pharmacy in Florida can compound just about anything you'd like, and cheaply.  I think they posted a New Year's special on here recently--check recent postings.  Here's the link: http://www.apsmeds.com/

Just be aware that if you have your dr fax a script, that the fax number listed on their website is wrong.  So call first and find out where to fax it if you use them.  I've used them for lots of things and they've been wonderful to work with.
