Guest guest
Hi Everyone, Today was scheduled to be "Fat Blaster' and even though my family room is in better shape, I decided to try a different Hare/Cardio for today. I figure I did Fat Blaster a month or two ago - so it was time to pick one that I hadn't done in even longer! So, I did a PInk Firm -Ultimate Fat Burning Workout w/ . I like this one in that it only uses 1 set of dumbells - no steps or other apparatus. I like the simplicity of that sometimes. cues pretty well and for the most part the movement are athletic and simple. I think there are four or five combos. A couple of them use weights for 4 limb work. One of them (last combo) is kickboxing inspired. The workout ends w/ some standing ab work, planks and push-ups. I picked this one b/c the time graph and level was most similar to Fat Blaster. I think it was comparable in terms of intensity to Fat Blaster, maybe a tad easier. So, I think I have decided on this rotation to make substitutes for the actuall recommende workouts so I can get through some of my virgin FIRMs and some of my done-once-or-twice FIRMS. I am just feeling like I want to knock some of these out - I have a huge pile of done-once-or-twice FIRMs and virgin FIRMS. As I mentioned to , it is funny, I was so intent on doing this rotation "perfectly" but now I'm modifying like crazy - both in the actual schedule and the workouts. I think I'll end up happier and less injured this way though! After my FIRM routine I did a Classical Stretch episode from the 2007 series - I think it was muscle memory which had a lot of nice stretches. I also did some of my own stretches and back exercises. Tomorrow I ahve a "guilty pleasure" workout scheduled - either Aero Chi or Kundalini Yoga or both! :)Hope everyone has a good day!Donna
