Guest guest Posted February 14, 2010 Report Share Posted February 14, 2010 Hi Everyone, This morning I did my push-up circuit - alternating 2 min of walking on the TM, so basically this routine: 5 min TM warm-up then alternating 5 sets of: 20 push-ups Lower Body 20 pull-downs 2 min walk interval After that I did Ellen's Barefoot Cardio - I'm taking it somewhat easy this week. I need to still let my calf heal and I need to take it easy on my back. My back is actually MUCH better today - the chiro ajustment I had on Friday definately put things on the right path and taking it easy exercise wise is also helping. Now, if we avoid snow for a couple of weeks (or the rest of the season!!)
