Guest guest
Oh Brother, If you people only knew the many hands that touch your food, if you eat out, look around , how many people are wearing gloves??? Watch the Food Network...whose wearing gloves???Being a chef or being around food in any capacity is really just a job, no one means to sneeze, or come in with a cold, flu ,or worse , but they have to , its a job, you can't call off sick when you have to pay the bills....our managers don't like that... & we work sick....so fair warning for those of you who eat out....but all that said is just to agree that the brewing & drinking of KT is all about building your own healthy immune system so that no matter what comes at you, your body attacks it, destroys it, & moves on...And,once more guy's, how long have we had refridgeration, food preservatives etc.??? Vinegar was used almost solely as an antiseptic in Hospitals before WW2, along with alcohol.... From: patti <patti720@...> Subject: Re: Re: first batch, temperature and fermentation kombucha tea Date: Monday, April 19, 2010, 4:09 PM  I handle it with my washed hands.
