Other than Lelie son Lipsitt (cant get in to see her until Decmeber 2009!!!!!!). My son has HORRIBLE constipation and I just cannot take this any longer! It hurts me see him strain to push it out. He has blood in his stools. He is 3! This is NOT normal! I know it is b/c he does not eat a proper diet, but I have known many many kids out there that will only eat chicken nuggents and mac. & cheese and they poop. SOMETHING IS WRONG!Can you or anyone else out there point me int he right direction?Thank you!!!Krista Brown> >> > Hello, all! I have some questions about dr bental. Guest guest
Can he swallow pills? I use Intestinal Formula 1 by Dr Schultz. This is a no fail remedy. You can go to his site and read about it www.herbdoc.com He is an Herbalist in Calif. but some of his products are sold in stores. I purchase this from Health Unl. on N Druid Hills Rd. You can open the capsule and mix the powder in food, it will still work. > > > > > > Hello, all! I have some questions about dr bental. Guest guest
In the meantime, you might want to try Miralax. It's now available over the counter and is safe for long term use. It may take 4-5 days before it's first effective, but used regularly it can be a lifesaver. Also, Janine Romaner is not a medical doctor and may not be covered by insurance. Good Luck > > > > > > Hello, all! I have some questions about dr bental. I know it > says she > > > is a DAN dr, but I am wondering how far she goes with it. Guest guest
My six-year old has the same problem. My wife and I took him to a gastroenterologist about a year ago; he didn't find any problems. He recommended Miralax and Senokot. Once in a while, we have to give him a Fleet Enema, too. All the best. Re: my son cant poop! In the meantime, you might want to try Miralax. It's now available over the counter and is safe for long term use. Guest guest
I would try acidophilus tablets first and try finding out if it is the texture or the taste of the cheese. I had a friend whose son would only eat mac n cheese until he was 13, she tried everything soft. I suggested that maybe he needed the strong cheddar taste. She started putting cheese sauce on everything and now he eats a good diet, as long as it has cheese on it. Marilyn PylesJeanne <jeanne@...> wrote: In the meantime, you might want to try Miralax. Guest guest
My son sees a pediatric gastrointerologist (I think I spelled that right). Anyway, he was only having a bm every 3 days and it was very difficult for him and effecting toilet training, he would hold it instead of going in the toilet because of the pain. The Dr. prescribed gylcolax given daily and it works wonderfully, no problems since. > > > > > > Hello, all! I have some questions about dr bental.
