Baby Bells w/

I had a heck of time trying to decide what I wanted to do today.  I had no idea.  I ended up deciding a kettlebell workout would be perfect. I chose ' Baby Bells. The last time I did this workout, I used my 35 lb kettlebell with mostly everything.  Today, I used my 45 with mostly everything, but my 35 w/ a few of them as well (military presses..tricep extensions)  I got a great workout in, and thought it fit the bill well.  I burned 367 calories with my average at 126.  I did the warm-up and cool down as well.  It was about 40 minutes.  Kinda bugged me that it was shorter, but I need to get that out of my head, especially since this is suppose to be my lighter / rest day.  I didn't take a lighter day because I ate too much crap at my in-laws last night again..GRR..
