Guest guest Posted May 13, 2010 Report Share Posted May 13, 2010 Hi Everyone,It was back to today - I forget which day I'm on - but today's workout was:Harmony Speed Burn - Tried to up it as much as possible w/ weighted gloves, large range of motion and impact when appropriate. I also used my step. PowerFit Shoulders & Arms - Wore the weighted gloves and weighted belt. I used the green band throughout except for the dips w/ lateral raise/forward raise which I find awkward to do w/ the band. So I sub'd weights and that worked fine!My add on today was Classical Stretch - 30 Min Express Workout - Oceanside which is all standing stretches and light toning exercises using bodyweight. My back was a little cranky this morning - tight on my usual side (the right) and this seemed to help elongate it and stretch it out. Not sure what set off the tightness - could be stress (yesterday was one of those days - personal and work stress! ) or sitting too long (work - stress - sitting too long at my desk!) Either way, hopefully CS will do the trick! Tomorrow I think is PowerFit Cardio and Harmony Strong Push. Looking forward to it and since it is the end of the week I'd like to both add on some extra cardio (10-20 minutes worth) and some extra toning (either Pilates style or Barre). On Friday I don't have to make lunch for my DD since it is pizza day at school- so I can use the extra minutes for my workout! I'm also working at home tomorrow - so no need to get "dressed" - another morning timesaver. oh - I can't remember if I posted or not, but yesterday I did Fast Cheetah with Tracie Long.
