me too  i was up until 3 and cannot get going today

Challenge - April 9

 

Hello fellow challengers! :)

I did a.. silly.. thing last night. Stayed up WAY too late.. Am

exhausted.. so tonight's workout will either not happen or be crappy. :(

We'll see... *sigh*

Hey Corinna!

Haven't we all been there?! Hopefully you can fit just a little sumpin'

sumpin' in somewhere. Maybe it will revitalize you - who knows? Got time for

just a stretch session while listening to IOWL? That's a guaranteed HIGH and

also extremely good for you on all levels, physical, emotional,

intellectual, etc. etc. etc. ( I feel like the King of Siam -lol).

Let me know if you break thru

walked with a friend 4 kilometers this morning and did another 2 1/2 k on

treadmill tonight plus 1/2 hour weights. :-)

 

Did great with food except for my middle of the night raid in the fridge.. :-(

I am working on that- trying a bit of everything...EFT tapping and mindfulness

intention but I am finding it 'difficult' still. Last night I was actually half

asleep while eating!! Hardly remembered I had done it this morning.

 

In general though positive day. I have changed so many things (THANK YOU

RENEE!!!) and I really do feel like I am on a weight loss journey and that I am

slowly healing after years of constantly hating my lack of dicipline and hating

my body and so lacking in self confidence.

Sounds like you had a great day exercise wise yesterday and did really well

with the food. I congratulate you! I managed 9.4 km on the treadmill

yesterday.

Incredible. 9.4 kilometers. It is something I will strive for but still have a

way to go.
