Hi all,

So has anyone tried Colleen Robb's workout? You know, the one put on her

blog? It took me a while because i first had to look up all the moves. I just

googled them, watched a youtube clip and then went on to the next one i didn't

know. It was funny, last night, I looked up " turkish get ups " and tried two on

each side. I woke up this morning and my legs were sore!!!

So this morning i finished looking up all the moves. This is what i imagine a

Jillian s workout would be like.....TOUGH! I couldn't even come close to

doing the whole thing. But it was interesting and doing it barefoot was really

hard. I never realized how much shoes help stabilize our bodies. I think this

would be a good thing to put in place of TV! Even just doing a few of the moves

and then zipping up and down the stairs. Interesting!!

Have a great day all.

Cheers,

Wyna

I havnt seen it yet but from what I'm learning from , something that might

make it easier is feeling proud you did the amount you did, and that it was

enlightening and a fresh perspective without shoes. Good job for trying it! I'll

go check it out and see for meself!

Best and bless :)

Thanks Wyna!

I'm going to check the Colleen Robb workout out. I haven't been reading

's blog so I missed it. I guess that's something else to put on my to

do list.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Hope you are having a wonderful day.
