Guest guest Posted August 16, 2009 Report Share Posted August 16, 2009 I went to a wedding last night. HUGE trigger for me. In my sick mind I want to " get my money's worth. " But I ate and drank like a naturally slender person. I had a few pieces of cheese and fresh fruit at cocktail hour foregoing the fried hors d'oeuvres, drank water with lemon, ate half of my appetizer, a small portion of my entree and skipped the cake. And I felt GOOD! I danced all night, talked with old friends I haven't seen in a while and really enjoyed myself. I feel even better this morning. Nothing to beat myself up for. I think THIS feeling is what talks about when she asks how we want to feel in the long run! What a truly FREEING experience. Bonnie Thoughts become things. Choose the good ones.
