Yesterday I taught my spin class... Driving there I thought of laura and how I need to really refocus on me and maybe I should just sub.. Then I had a full class and was killing them and me. I think the difference is Spin takes very little prep.. I can throw in any CD and ad lib.. KB takes prep.. esp Turbo to make it great class so I will keep doing it. I want to go to one other instructors class a week to see what else they are doing (ie steal ideas :)Today I did 20 min Power Fit Harmony Push... I love these workouts and glad I got the kit. I did them when I was on the road. They are perfect quick workouts that you can power up the intensity. I added 15 min of Jackie warner's Ab from her recent DVD.. ouch.. she does 1 min each of 3 exercises then 1 min doing all

3. She does upper, lower abs then obliques. and ouch I feel it...I can barely hold on to my sitting on ball today at workUsing SparkPeople to keep track of food... not as user friendly as WW online but it is free... keep up good work everyonejudy in DC
