Guest guest Posted April 14, 2010 Report Share Posted April 14, 2010 Today I did another beginner's Pilates workout. It was by Gaiam by Ana Caban and it was called Beginner's Mat workout. It was very similar to the last one I did by Sansone. This one did have some rolling in it though and the one did not. I don't feel like I did very much though, maybe I am doing something wrong. I will do this one again but concentrate on making sure I do the moves correctly, it is hard to do without an instructor. I am off now to ride my exercise bike, I plan on doing 45 minutes but we will see what happens. Have a great nite everyone and be healthy. in CA No virus found in this outgoing message.
