Guest guest Posted April 19, 2001 Report Share Posted April 19, 2001 So far I have lost 11.5lbs. I went from 208 to 196.5lbs. I still want to lose the love handles though. However, I am concerned I may start losing muscle or getting too skinny. What can I do to increase the definition or muscle mass? Should I increase carbs or protein? I am into my fifth week. Thanks!
