Guest guest
I went to the Health Dept. to get my twins shot records for daycare and was told they were not upto date. Reason being, There peditrician gave them the last dose of Hep B 4 days to early. She said they have to be 2 months apart. Shots were givin on 6/3/03 9/2/03 10/28/03. So I called and blessed out the nurse. Wanting to know why they would do that. I also ask her if they had to get another one, she also said yes!! I started screaming my son was already messed up enough because of immunizations . She agreed. She didnt try and denie that the shots were the cause. SHE AGREED! I told her to talk to the DR and Chase would not be getting another shot because of there mistake and my children would not be back to that office. The next day I was out and just stopped in to see what the Dr had said. After 45 minutes she handed me 2 completed shot records . Well the new Dr tested him to see if he was immune or not.The test came back and hes not immune to Heb B. So my question is , Now that they know for sure, can they make me get another round before he attends school? I cant beleive the day he was born they started this. Its so necessary to start the immunity the minute they are born!!! All we have been tru, a life long sruggle, a boy who will never be the same for nothing. Can they make me do it again? What can I do? Any suggestions?
