I added to it with suggestions for add ons to make it a 60 minute a day plan. Most of the time I included two suggestions for add ons - so you can chose depending on what you feel you need to work on most. I envision 20-30 minute add ons using either FIRM express options on their DVDs, the FIRM "6 pack" workouts from the BSS1 days, 10 Minute Solution DVDs, "machine" cardio (treadmill, bike, etc.), maybe some outdoor cardio, etc. Here it is: Huckabee Rotation – PF, PF+, PFH PF, PF+, PFH – DOUBLES ROTATION (With Add-Ons - Triples?)
