Guest guest Posted May 20, 2010 Report Share Posted May 20, 2010 Ooh, I got a good fryer in today! I was a tad short on time, but it all worked out in the end. I chose Cathe's CTX Upper Body Split. This workout is 56 minutes of upper body work. Good hard upper body work It flowed very nicely and the workout didn't drag at all. Cathe went pretty light in this workout, and I went pretty heavy with it. Afterwards, I decided I would eat after taking boys to school (instead of before), so I snuck in some abs too. I did about 11 minutes of abs. I think it came off the 'all step' from CTX? I burned 466 calories with my average at 109. My GWF said I burned 286. My arms are still jello-y.
