Guest guest Posted January 4, 2010 Report Share Posted January 4, 2010 I will just be blunt - I need evidence this works on weight, not just on feeling better about the fact that I am one day thinking about possibly getting down to my goal weight. I am a research scientist so maybe it is just me, and I know that since most people are here to discuss hardships and needs that we are discussing difficulties more than successes. But I keep considering dropping this approach and going back to what I know because I just don't want to commit all of the time it takes to do this religiously if I don't have a better idea of the outcome and some confidence that it will work. I know that the program works well for binge eaters and has documented success in that area. But have any of you been able to lose and keep off weight by following this program, and if so, did you combine with WW or something else?
