Today was interesting, I had things going smoothly.....for about a minute. I helped my daughter with her face makeup to complete her " zombie" look, I sent her out of my bathroom so I could finish up with my makeup. Next thing i know she has taken it all off after she messed it up trying to add more. UGHHH!! This was five min before we were planning to leave. I put white makeup on my 3 yr old for his vampire outfit, he fought, it didnt blend in too well, I had to mix base in it to get n smoothly on my daughter and I. My 22 mth old wasnt digging his tigger outfit, it had a tiger head on the top of the hood part--he didnt like that it bothered him. In a nutshell, by the time we got anywhere the makeup looked like crap, by then my daughter was ready to roll around in some dirt to make herself look more--I dont know what!! Anyways we went to the square for the halloween ting, my 3 yr old was terrified of some of the costumes like Scream, Micheal Myers. We spotted Clifford and he wanted to see him. We walked over to CLifford and he suddenly changed his mind--he didnt like him anymore, poor kid will probably never watch that cartoon again! my 22 mth old wasnt interested in the candy or the characters, bt he showed some weird interests, they had these spikey, fern looking plants lining the walkway, he ran his hand over all of them, all the way around the square, then he bent down to touch the grass with both his hands. Never seen a kid ever take this much interest in grass--we dont haver any, hardly. He did the same thing when we left and went to one of the nicer neighborhoods. He LOVED the grass, it was the plush and thick, he sat down and didnt want to get up, he just kept patting the grass with his hands, no interest in the yard decor or lights--just the grass. half way thru my 3 yr old decided he didnt like the velcro neck part f his cstume and ripped it off, i was waiting for that to happen.Boo! Scare away worms, viruses and so much more!
