And interested in feedback on what everyone else may be growing in the pursuit

of health.

I have basil, sage, lemon balm, that are doing fine, but am looking to expand to

some of the other medicinal herbs that I can harvest for my green smoothies and

salads.

Thinking Schisandra, Dandelion, and Borage as a start.. they will make a nice

mix into my veggie garden..

Any other suggestions for medicinal herbs that promote health in a 40+ male?

And as an aside, I'm loving my continuous brewing Kombucha. Although, with my

travel schedule, some of the batches are closer to vinegar by the time I bottle

them. I assume that as long as I can stomach the taste, I'm still getting the

benefits..

Hello , i love Parsley and Cilantro,( indoor outdoor..even for borders..

both high in vitamin C and A and great array of nutrients,as for drinking very

sour vinegary kombucha, might be good to add some juice..etc, to delute a little

;)) Sprouting also can be fun, for above sink indoor garden. Kale is great in
