I always have don't get me wrong it isn't the program but I think it could be affecting my results. For ex today I was soooooooo tired at the gym and instead of going in the morning I opted to go at noon b/c I thought I'd sleep in a little. I was wrong and again for the bazillionth night in a row got under 6 hours sleep! How does this affect me? I try to sleep but seriously can't.
