Hi everyone. I have been listening to IOWL podcasts for a couple weeks - trying

to catch up to present. I've worked on my overweight issues for much of my 37

years. Fat - thin - normal - fat - thin and on and on. Like most everyone else,

I believed I would have to work hard on this forever and would probably be

overweight forever, too. I have come to realize that I sabotage myself in order

to avoid attention. Another issue there altogether. I have also already learned

that it is OK to feel hungry. I want to feel the hunger now before eating. I'm

not going to die after all just because I haven't eaten for a couple hours.

I look forward to the support - I've never had that before. I look forward to

supporting also. That I can do.

Great point!! I also eat to avoid drawing attention to myself!! I never

thought of that before, but that's a great point and eye-opener...
