gym workout

today's gym workout i did 30 min on the treadmill with a run/walk combo.

2 mins of fast paced walking with 1 min intervals of running repeated until the 25 min mark. each interval you would increase the speed a little more. afterwards did a quick 15 min total body hit the spot type routine using some workout cards i made. of course i added in a

set of pull ups and a set of chin ups 12each with 85lb assistance. so i

was using 55lbs of my body weight which is pretty good considering i used to use 130 assistance. one leg squats with the ball. the card side lateral lunge but it was more like a static one leg squat with

the leg out to the side pressing on the ball. i did 2sets 12reps @9lbsalternating

renegade rows on the ball 2X24@9lbssquats with front raises 2x153lb (DOT) probably would have gone heavier but since i had already done a

workout this morning i didn't want to push my luck. but it got my heart

rate up that is for sure.push ups with legs raises 2X10 each side. stretched for about 5-7mins. i banged my hand pretty good at work today so when i grab something its a little painful but hopefully it will subside soon. it wouldn't be the first time i messed myself up like that but thankfully any exercises i did today didn't require bigger weights. bigger weights would just be a little to uncomfortable to grasp. hopefully some yoga later and tomorrow barre/yoga/rest day YAY!!
