Guest guest Posted March 4, 2010 Report Share Posted March 4, 2010 barre morning i was so sore after yesterday workouts but determined to get an active rest in. i went with the easier lotte berk basic essentials. mostly abs and lower body but some push ups in the warm up. my upper body is mainly the area that is sore but it didn't feel to bad to do the small push up sets. after this i wanted some more stretching so i went with a great segment with core fusion's pure arms and abs stretch segment. this is a great segment with lots of hip work but also some shoulders stretching. i feel so much better. hoping to get to yoga later. i just never got to it last night but hopefully i will find the time tonight.
