Please avoid the Vit K. My grandson was given it developed a fever and was given anti-biotics against our will for one day until a sympathetic doc sent us home. the next day. it upset his gut. and when we checked up on it.....no good....

Helios Homeopathic pharmacy do a brilliant pregnancy and Birth first aid kit.. It deals with all sorts of issues and may be a safer bet than adding Vit K.. I think that the Vit K they tried to get us to give my daughter was artificial.. so made in a lab.. which worried me.

BBrowne point about Cranial Sacral therapy is so important. because baby is not having normal pressures on its head as in a normal delivery, certain triggers may not be activated.. so early visit to Cranial Osteo or Cran Sac Therapist can release retained mouldings which helps support babes development.

Helios can also advise on some good remedies to overcome the effects of the c-section too.
