Oh, poor Bryar. I hope he's starting to feel better! It's no fun getting sick during an outing.  It always seems like a loooooong way home.Love, love, love . Her 2 DVDs are fantastic, and her shorter workouts are great no-excuses busy day workouts.

Well, due to a rough morning, I had to wait until Sawyer woke up so I could workout.  I also had to be out in the garage for the sale as well.  So, I only had time for a short one.  I almost skipped it entirely but knew I'd feel better if I would at least get a short one in.  Anyway, I did s' Grind / Finisher off Volume 2.  I really like it.  Her workouts are just no-nonsense and get the job done.  I felt PLENTY worked, and it was just a 30-minute session.  It's now evening and I have lower body DOMS kicking in :)  I burned 340 with my average at 143..

On another note, Bryar's very sick :(  Poor guy....  I guess it's probably been awhile since he's been puking sick, but not long enough!  DH took them mushroom-hunting and he said Bry complained in the woods his head hurt, moments later said his belly hurt.  On the way home he fell asleep, only to wake up a bit later sobbing he was going to throw-up...ugh.. so he's been pretty much sleeping on and off since and has thrown up twice.  Also, has a fever..GRR.. I was hoping to get out and do something tomorrow!  We've been busy w/ no fun things lately, it seems.   Oh well....  I just hope he gets feeling better soon, and it doesn't get passed around!

Thanks .  He's still miserable today.  And his skin is sooo red.  He has a funky rash going on, but I'm certain it's from the fever.

Do you have 's Baby Bells?  That one is also good.  It's a good one to heavy-up on :)DarcyOn Mon, May 3, 2010 at 11:07 AM, A. M. <plantpowered@...> wrote:
