Guest guest Posted May 4, 2010 Report Share Posted May 4, 2010 last night i did ravi/ana pm yoga (from their am/pm yoga disc). this one has the matrix--so i decided on a 30 minute pm set. it was easy to click on--a no brainer--but next time i will choose the segments because the preset left out the deep relaxation and closing prayer. after i felt relaxed for the evening and slept really well! no class on tuesday nights for a while since my son plays his baseball games on that night...i can attend on saturday morning so it's not a big deal. stacey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
