Guest guest
I think emulsifiers are really really toxic. Beware of all veg fats and spreads I think. I didn't see the question that went with this answer for some reason. Was it something to spread on bread? I would try just putting olive oil on the bread. It's what the Mediterraneans do. I have noticed that he stopped complaining about being cold when he started eating it- maybe he didn't have enough fat in his diet. Anyway it looks like the ingredients are OK other than emulsifiers which I don't know anything about. I also heard that Dr N. Megson says that synthetic forms of vit A should not be taken during her vitamin A protocol, as they interfere with fish oil absorption (?) is that true? We are not doing the protocol but Kuba gets Fermented fish oil. This is the info I have copied about the spread: 67% Vegetable Fat Spread Ingredients: Sunflower Oil (40%), Water, Vegetable Oils, Salt (0.75%), Emulsifier (Mono and Diglycerides of Vegetable Fatty Acids), Vitamin E, Vitamin A, Colour (Natural Carotenes), Vitamin D2, Vitamin B12 Vegetable oils: Palm and Sunflower Colour: Natural Carotenes FREE FROM: - Dairy products - GM ingredients - Hydrogenated oils - Artificial colourings - Added flavours - Soya - Gluten

Guest guest
Hi Kasia we have used the pure spreads for a long time.. we used to buy the organic one which has now been out of production for several months. We are currently using the olive spread.. and Tatijana is fine with it. I like this brand as they are non hydrogenated fats...
