great workouts laura... maybe I will use next consulting check to find Personal Trainer again!!I LOVE water aerobics... it feels good on your muscles (water massages) and is exhausting... without sweating. I use to teach 2 classes a week and had so much fun... From: Pink Pussycat <pinkpussycat@...> Sent: Fri, June 4, 2010 11:41:40 AMSubject: Legs with Noel

First of all, let me just say that it is Friday morning and I am STILL sore from Back & Biceps on Tuesday. I am no less sore today than I was yesterday. I love it. Yesterday was Leg Day and since I haven't trained on legs with Noel in awhile we went "light". Mind you, "light" to Noel is not what you, I, or Kathy would consider light. There were two people on the squat machine we normally start out on, the one I hate the most, and darn it if we didn't skip that one this time. We started instead on dreaded machine #2 where I squatted 135 lbs to warm up, three sets of 8-10 reps. Next we did the leg press and after the first set it was 200 lbs after that. Next was the hamstring curl machine, then lateral raises - I talked him into a 4th set of those (Sam, I know you'll be proud of me for asking for more shoulders)

Speaking of shoulders, I was telling Noel about how great Dr. No was with my shoulder. He replied, "Noel Snodgrass?" I said, "Yeah, good memory!". Both Noels have heard of one another, too funny. I told him how much I liked his office, that it doubled as a kettlebell studio and also an art gallery. He retorted, "Can I get food stamps there too? Can I get my windows tinted there?" Of course I was busting up. I leaned my head back a little as I was laughing. He was standing behind me while doing lateral raises and I got to feel his abs with the back of my head. They were solid, and felt very nice...

I went to the MMA room to stretch and Troy, "Third Eye Jiu-Jitsu" was there. "! Where have you been hiding lately? Nice to see you!". That made me feel good; sometimes I feel out of place at Fitness, being a little more girly than most men and women that are there. He was cleaning the wrestling mats so I just did standing stretches.

Tonite I'm looking forward to working out at Studio LouLou - it will be light cardio, most likely a dance workout to warm up, then pilates. Pilates muscles for legs are different than the muscles Noel trains and this way I can get my abs in too.

Tomorrow morning I'm taking my friend's Aqua class, and I'm really looking forward to it!
